Lego Jesus

  How’s this for being just plain weird and cool at the same time? The parishioners of a Swedish church have taken a unique perspective on presenting Jesus to the congregation. 30,000 lego bricks and 18 months later this ‘monument’ created by 40 volunteers appeared in the foyer. The work is a copy of a piece called the ‘Resurrected Christ’ by Danish sculptor, Bertel Thorvaldsen.
