In ya Facebook

I’ve just joined the social networking site Facebook at www.facebook.com The site has not only been able to bring your various personal connections together in one place, it also has a lot of fun activities to help in building fun relationships. One of the quaint little things I found here was the ability to make your ‘own’ Simpson’s Avatar. So meet my alter-ego, Aldanon. Oh and later in the evening I found you could make a ‘Simpsons Lookalike’ at www.simpsonsmovie.com as well. EMail me your Simpsons character if you make...

Posted by on Jul 27, 2007 in Tech | 0 comments

Our website of the week is fun, challenging and will make you think how many times a day you ‘click’. Bouncing around the web can take it out of you. Sadly your mouse takes the burden of a clip around the ears with a day by day, minute by minute click. This week our website of the week is the challenging www.dontclick.it website. As you know the ".it" TLD domain is from our Italian friends. I’m turning over a new life. For a long time I have noticed the lack of care given to every desk pet on the planet. I have cleaned their track balls. Starting off with a corn field he works the principle ‘Build it and they will come’. Thanks to the beautiful development of the WordPress application most of us can get a great blog up and running, ready to build our dream. Normally your WordPress installation will fall into the category of either a blog account at wordpress.com or through a self-hosted version of WordPress which could be...

Engin Customer Feedback Ideas

Posted by on May 12, 2007 in Tech | 0 comments

Here is some feedback I gave engin. Great company but like all of us, dealing with growing pains This email is in response to a couple of problems I have experienced and my wish that an enterprise like yours succeeds in taking care of these areas as you grow. Congrats on the initiative with Nokia on the N80 internet mobile. Now there are some ideas and a couple of grumps in here so be brave and see it through to the end Equipment Upgrades Last night I was informed that by upgrading my Engin connection from an Engin2 box to an Engin3 box (which I did due to changing from Optus Cable to an...
